MEET WHITNEY WEBB

Attorney Whitney Webb founded Bowman Webb Law in 2015 after beginning her legal career serving immigrant families through the Tulsa Immigrant Resource Network at Boesche Legal. She earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2013 and completed a two-year legal fellowship focused on immigration law before opening her own practice.

For more than a decade, Whitney has continued to represent immigration clients while also expanding her experience in other areas of law. Throughout her career, she has handled matters involving immigration, family law, criminal defense, juvenile proceedings, municipal and traffic cases, and other Oklahoma court proceedings that often intersect with immigration cases. This broader legal background allows her to recognize issues that extend beyond immigration and help clients understand how different legal matters may affect one another.

Whitney has dedicated much of her career to representing survivors of domestic violence and victims of crime. She has extensive experience with humanitarian immigration matters, including U visas, VAWA self-petitions, T visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, waivers, and other forms of immigration relief available to vulnerable individuals and families.

Clients work directly with Whitney throughout every stage of their case. She believes that good legal representation requires more than preparing forms—it requires listening carefully, communicating honestly, and building a relationship based on trust. Many of her clients return years later for additional immigration matters or refer friends and family because they know they will receive personal attention and practical guidance.

Whitney believes quality legal representation should be accessible. While she charges for her legal services, she works with many clients through flexible payment arrangements whenever possible. When a case is ready to file and the required government filing fee (or an approved fee waiver) is available, she does not unnecessarily delay filing simply because a client has fallen behind on payments. Her goal is to help people move forward with their lives, not create additional obstacles.
