Will someone always answer my text message?

• While our attorney cannot always answer immediately, she will respond within 4 hours and if she does not we welcome you to text or call again. You may also email me at whitneytbwebb@bowmanwebb.com. Please make the subject line say: CONSULT REQUEST for faster responses. 

What are your prices like?

• Every case is different, but generally our flat fee rate is generally $2,000 at Bowman Webb Law. That includes everything for your petition/application except for any filing fee which would be your responsibility at the time of filing. Every form has a different fee associated with it or no fee, while some with fees allow for you to apply for a fee waiver. We offer generous payment plans with small starting costs.For certain case types, we would charge a per hour rate of $300 per hour, which would typically be for clients who have been detained or who are in removal proceedings.

If I hire you, can I ask you questions about my case any time?

• Yes. Any time day or night you may text attorney Whitney Webb at (918) 261-2489, but please understand that sometimes she is too busy to respond immediately. However, once you're a client, you may ask as many questions or share as many details as you feel are important without being afraid you're going to be charged. You also are never bothering us. Please contact us about anything and everything that is immigration related. We want to know and we want to help!

Should I tell you if I receive a traffic ticket or I decide to divorce my spouse?

• Yes. Please tell us those things, as they can affect your immigration case. Also, we need to tell USCIS if you change your address, so don't be worried about telling us "too much." We are not bothered when you reach out to us and we never want you to feel that way.

I'm overwhelmed and scared. How do I do this on my own?

We're so sorry you're experiencing these feelings. I think all of us have felt this way, but who could imagine how you all must feel? Whitney does not know exactly what you're feeling, but she is committed to standing by you all the way through every interview or every appeal. 

We would love to have the opportunity to provide a place that will truly listen and respond to you just as any other person might. We do not maintain a veil of secrecy between the attorney and the client. We are a team and we always act like it.
